Andy Loyd is a graduate of Van Buren High School. He played baseball at the Air Force Academy for two years before graduating from the University of Arkansas. This is his first year at Har-Ber High School, and tenth year coaching high school baseball.

Coach Webb is entering his third season with the Har-Ber footbal staff where he serves as the Tight Ends & Fullbacks coach. Before joining the Har-Ber program, Webb coached at Springdale High School for 4 years. Prior to Springdale, Webb spent 2 seasons as a Graduate Assistant at Penn State University where he played a key role in the success of the Nittany Lions offensive line. He also served as a GA at Middle Tennessee State for 2 seasons. Coach Webb played at Springdale High School and was a part of the 2005 team which concluded the season with the Bulldogs being crowned as the 5A State Champion at a perfect 14-0 record and finishing as the country’s 2nd best high school team. Webb was highly recruited his senior year with accolades of All-Conference honors in 2004 and All-American honors in 2005 and went on to sign with the University of Notre Dame. Webb earned his degree from Notre Dame in 2010 and a Master’s in Sport Management from Middle Tennessee State. Bartley is married to the former Megan Herzing of DuBois, PA. They now have 3 sons, Jackson (5), Liam (1), and Camden (newborn).

Coach Haney is entering his thirteenth season with the Wildcats as defensive line
coach. During his time at Har-Ber, he has also coached inside linebackers. Prior to coming to Har-Ber, Haney was the offensive and defensive line coach at Ozark High School. Before spending six years at Ozark, Haney was at Shiloh Christian for two years, and Searcy High School for two years. Coach Haney also serves as the head bowling coach for Har-Ber. Haney graduated from Atkins High School in
1993 where he lettered in football and baseball. He went on to attend Arkansas Tech
University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education.
Coach Haney and his wife, Holly, have been married 21 years and have three children; Will, Ross, and Bell. Holly is a graduate of Arkansas Tech and is currently a science teacher at Har-Ber. While at Har-Ber, Coach Haney has taught world history and is currently teaching PE at Helen Tyson Middle School.

Candi Bailey is a 2001 graduate of Magnolia High School. She was a three year letterman in softball, volleyball, and basketball. She earned all conference in volleyball. In softball she was defensive player of the year as a senior. She earned all-conference, all-state, and all-star in softball. She graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 2006 with a BSE in Health, Kinesiology, and Recreation. While coaching at Magnolia she obtained a masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Southern Arkansas University graduating in 2012. She was the head volleyball coach in Magnolia from 2006-2019. Her team qualified for state every year she was coaching. Coach Bailey served as an All-star coach for the Arkansas Activities Association volleyball team. She was the head softball coach of Magnolia from 2006-2019. She led her team to conference championships in 2010 and 2019. She also led her team to a final four appearance in 2011. She has coached Central Junior High freshman volleyball from 2019 to the present. In 2019 she was assistant softball coach for the Har-Ber softball team. She led the team to their best start in school history of 7-1 before Covid shut the season down. In 2020 she became the head softball coach of the Har-Ber softball team. She led Har-Ber to a state tournament appearance in 2021.

Cassie Loyd graduated high school from Fayetteville High School where she played basketball and volleyball. She continued her volleyball career at the University of Arkansas and finished at Saint Louis University. She stayed on for a year as the student assistant coach at Saint Louis University. Before coming to Har-Ber, she coached for three years at Fayetteville High School where they won two state championships. She has now been at Har-Ber for 4 years - two years as the assistant and is in her second season as the head coach. Cassie's husband, Andy Loyd, coaches baseball at Fayetteville High School. They have two daughters, Palmer and Presley.

Coach Thompson is entering eight year and his second season as an assistant coach for the Har-Ber Wildcats. In 2021, Thompson will serve as Linebackers and Running Game Coordinator. 2020 serving as cornerback coach. Coach Thompson serves as Director of Athletic Performance working with the feeder schools to develop our 7th through 9th grade programs and works with the varsity football and baseball teams. Prior to joining the High School staff, Coach Thompson served at Central Junior High as Defensive Coordinator, Director of Athletic Performance, Head Track and Field.
As a player growing up in Springdale, Thompson played for Coach Fred Hartsfield at Central Junior High. He attended Springdale High School where he played for Gus Malzahn. The 2005 Springdale High School Bulldog football team was ranked #2 in the country with a 14-0 record and winning the 5A Arkansas State Championship. After high school, Thompson enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He played linebacker 2007-2011 for the Boll Weevils under Gwaine Mathews (2007-2010) and Hud Jackson (2011). Thompson graduated in 2012 with a bachelors in Physical Education and Health. He earned his Master’s in Teaching at UAM in 2014.

Coach Wood is entering his sixteenth year as head football coach for the Har-Ber Wildcats. Coach Wood has led Har-Ber to one state title and two state-runner up finishes in Arkansas’ highest conference, the 7A. Coach Wood has led Har-Ber to four 7A West Conference championships and his teams have finished in the top two of the 7A West Conference in ten of the fifteen years. Coach Wood has an overall record at Har-Ber of 111-68. Before arriving at Har-Ber, Wood was the offensive coordinator for the 2005 Springdale Bulldogs who finished the season as state champions with a 14-0 record and ended up ranked as the #2 high school team in the nation.
Prior to Springdale, Wood was the head coach at Nashville High (AR) in 2004 and was the head coach at Shiloh Christian from 2001-2003 winning the state title in 2001. Wood also served as offensive coordinator at Austin High (TX) in 2000 & was the OC at Shiloh Christian from 1997-1999.
Wood attended Arkansas Tech University where he played tight end. Wood graduated from ATU with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education and then moved on to become a student assistant coach for ATU from 1995-1996. Wood obtained his Master’s Degree from Harding University in Administrative Leadership.
Coach Wood has been married to his wife April for 21 years. Chis and April have two children, Hunter (19) and Hayden (14).

Cory Butler is the Har-Ber Boys Soccer Coach. Before coming to Har-Ber High School in 2014, he was the Tulsa Union Boys Head Soccer Coach from 2007-2014. He was the Catoosa, Ok Boys and Girls Head Soccer Coach from 2002-2007, the Chickasha, OK Boys and Girls Head Soccer Coach from 2000-2002, and the Opelousas, LA Boys Head Soccer Coach from 1998-2000. During his coaching career, Coach Butler has won 2 state titles, has had 3 state runner-up finishes, and 5 state semi-finals finishes.

Coach Rhodes is beginning her third year at Har-Ber. She graduated from Southern Arkansas University with B.A. in Mass Communications and Public Relations with a minor in Theater. She worked at Tyson Foods, Inc. for 10 years in the Foodservice Marketing Department as the Advertising Manager and Tyson consultant for special events such as the Consumer Analyst Group of New York (CAGNY) Sponsored event each year by Tyson.
Coach Rhodes and her husband have a daughter, Caroline, who has been through the Springdale School district and graduated from Har-Ber in 2017 and a son, Jack who is an 8th Grader at Central. Her husband Duane worked at Tyson Foods, Inc. for 26 years and now owns his own business.

Coach C was born in Rome. He played soccer at semi-pro level in Rome. After moving to the United States, he started
coaching youth soccer, later became a teacher, and began coaching at the high school level. Coach Campagnola has been coaching for 14 years. Before coaching Varsity and JV at Har-Ber, he coached at Heritage and Gentry.

Coach Wear is entering his sixteenth season at Har-Ber coaching the running backs. While at Har-Ber, Wear has also coached the secondary. Coach Wear was on staff on the 2009 State Championship team as well as the two State Runner-Up teams. Prior to Har-Ber, Wear was the safeties coach for the 2005 Springdale Bulldogs, winning a State Championship there. Coach Wear also was Head Coach at Bentonville High School where they won the 2001 State Championship. Wear coached at Huntsville High School and Morrilton High School as well.
Coach Wear graduated from Morrilton High School in 1980. He was named All-Conference in football for the 1979 season. He then went on to attend the University of Central Arkansas and received his Bachelor’s degree in 1985. While at UCA, Wear served as a volunteer coach at Morrilton. Coach Wear and his wife, Tammy, have one daughter, Jordan.

Coach McGee has 15 years of teaching and soccer coaching experience in Arkansas and Texas, both high school and club soccer. She currently teaches AP Psychology and AP U.S. Government and Politics, both classes she thoroughly enjoys. When she isn't teaching or coaching, she enjoys watching her daughter play soccer and being outdoors.

Coach Pruitt is entering his third season as Wide Receivers coach and head sophomore coach. In the spring, Pruitt works with theHar-Ber baseball team, coaching the outfield and pitchers. Prior to Har-Ber, Pruitt coached defensive backs at Siloam Springs High School and Westville High School (OK). At Westville, Pruitt also served as the Head Baseball Coach, winning just the 4th conference title in school history. As a player, Pruitt played football and baseball at Har-Ber. Pruitt was a part of a state runner up team in both football and baseball and was on the 2009 State Championship football team under Coach Wood. After graduating, Pruitt signed to play baseball at the University of Arkansas where he was a part of the 2011 SEC West Championship team. After one year with the baseball team, Pruitt walked on to the Razorback football team where he was a part of the 2012 Cotton Bowl Championship team under Bobby Petrino. Pruitt graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in kinesiology.
Coach Pruitt and his wife, Michelle, have been married for over two years and have two children, LeighAuna and Axl Ray. Michelle works at Transplace as an account manager.

Jessica Seiboldt began dancing the age of three and began competitive dance at the age of eight under the instruction of Joel Harrison, America’s Got Talent finalist and member of All That! power tap group. Jessica went on to receive numerous solo and group awards in tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, contemporary, and clogging throughout her competitive dance years. At the age of sixteen, Jessica was selected to an intensive training program at Radio City Music Hall in New York City with the Radio City Rockettes. While there she was trained in tap, high kick and precision movement. Throughout high school, Jessica was a member of the Bentonville High School Varsity dance team. She led her team to Bentonville’s first dance state championship as both a captain and choreographer. She went on to be selected to the Arkansas All-State dance team where she received the highest title of Arkansas Athletic Association Outstanding Dancer of the Year. Jessica has choreographed for and worked with numerous dance teams in the area including Bentonville High School, Bentonville West High School, Har-Ber High School, Fulbright Junior High School, Lincoln Junior High School, and Lakeside Junior High School. She has received numerous choreography awards in all genres of studio and school dance disciplines. Jessica graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Educational Studies and from the University of Central Arkansas with a Master’s degree in middle level education. Currently, Jessica is a coach for the Silver Star dance program at Har-Ber High School.

Coach Stokes is entering his third season as part of the Wildcat staff coaching cornerbacks. Before coming back home to work at his alma mater, Stokes was Cornerbacks Coach and Director of Football Operations for Southwest Baptist University. Prior to SBU, Stokes spent three years while completing his undergraduate degree as a part of the University of Arkansas’ football staff under Bret Bielema. For two seasons, Coach Stokes was a student assistant coach for the defensive backs and he spent one season as a recruiting assistant. Coach Stokes graduated from Har-Ber in 2013, and then moved on to receive his Bachelor’s in Business Education from the University of Arkansas in 2016. Stokes also graduated from SBU in 2018 with a Master’s degree in Athletic/Activity Administration. Coach Stokes met his wife Ashlyn in high school and have been married for 2 years. Ashlyn is a NICU nurse at a local hospital in Northwest Arkansas and together they have one dog, Remi.

Joshua Tarver has three children, Ezra, 15 years old, who attends Har-Ber High School, Haivyn, 12 years old, who attends Hellstern Middle School and Stella, 6 years old, who attends Willis D. Shaw elementary school. He has been a
teacher and coach since 2011. He began coaching as a volunteer for Sandy Wright at HarBer-High School 2011-2015 before taking the job as Head Coach of Southwest Junior High 2015-2019. He is beginning his 10th year of teaching and 2nd year as Assistant coach at Har-Ber High School in 2020-21. The Lady Wildcats finished with a 22-8, school best record last season and 3rd place overall in the 6A West Conference. Tarver is certified as a K-12 Health and PE teacher.

Katie White from Springdale, AR. She graduated from Har-Ber High School in 2010. Whtie played collegiate volleyball and majored in Kinesiology at a Missouri Southern State University and graduated in 2014. In 2015 she became the Head Volleyball coach at Gravette High School and Jr. High until 2017. In 2017 White became the head volleyball coach at Central Junior High School for 2 years. Then she went on to become the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Har-Ber High School 2019 to present.

Coach Jenkins has been married to her husband Quincy for 23 years. They have two sons, Lawson 19 years old who attends MSSU on a basketball scholarship and Connor 15 years old who attends Har-Ber High School.
Teacher and coach since 1997, spent 3 years as an assistant at the college level before taking the job at Valley Springs High School for 18 years where her teams won State Championships in 2010 and 2016 as well as finishing as State Runner-up in 2004, 2009, 2011, 2015 and 2017.
Beginning her 21st year of high school coaching and starting her 3rd year at Har-Ber High School in 2020-21. The Lady Wildcats finished with a 22-8, school best record last season and 3rd place overall in the 6A West Conference. Last season in November, won her 500th career game.
Played basketball at the University of Arkansas from 1993-97, finished as the first Lady Razorback to earn All-SEC team for four years; recognized in 2007 as an SEC Great; finished with 1,733 points; team captain for 3 years.
Played high school basketball in Hampton, Arkansas where she finished with over 3,000 points; Gatorade Player of the Year; Arkansas Dem-Gaz Player of the Year; AHSCA All-Star Game MVP.

Mark Taylor will begin his 16th season as a member of the Har-Ber HS Football Coaching staff. He will serve as Logistics and Statistics Coordinator. In a 35-year high school coaching career, he has been a part of 12 conference championships,
6 State Finals, and 2 State Championships; the first of which came while serving as Defensive Coordinator at Nashville HS in 2005 and the second while coaching the Secondary at Har-Ber HS in 2009.
He received his BSE and MSE degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. Coach Nika West is beginning his 15th year coaching and 8th year at Har-Ber. West has helped lead Har-Ber wrestling to two state championships (2012 & 2016) along with coaching numerous wrestlers to All-State and All-Conference status.
Coach West earned his BSE degree from the University of Arkansas (2006), MAT degree from University of Arkansas (2007), Ed.S degree from Arkansas State University (2018), and is currently working on his Ed.D degree from Arkansas State University.
Coach West has been married to his wife, Erin, for 17 years and have soon to be three daughters; Alexis (11), Kirsten (9), Noelle (6 months). West enjoys cycling, playing golf, theatre, and spending time with his family .

Rick Horne is HBHS Head Tennis Coach. He was the number 1 singles players on the Oklahoma State Championship Team. He also received All-State Honors. Coach Horne was the OIC College Conference Champion, and he was a USPTA Head Club Pro/Touring Pro. He was named the Texas Star Telegram District Coach of the Year. He coached Jenks HS State Championship Teams and Har-Ber’s State Championship Doubles Teams. Coach Horne is married to Ginger and he has 3 sons.

Coach Day came to Har-Ber in the spring of 2013 as offensive line coach. After 32 years of coaching, Day will move into an off-the-field role as an analyst for the program and an assistant to Head Coach Chris Wood. At Har-Ber, Day has been a part of 8 playoff appearances, 2 conference championships, 1semi-final appearance and 1 state runner-up team. Day began his coaching career in 1989 as a graduate assistant coach for Arkansas Tech University where he coached the defensive line. In 1991, Day was named the offensive line coach for ATU and then moved to Magnolia, Arkansas where he coached several positions before becoming the Head Coach of the Panthers in 1997.
Coach Day played football for Vilonia High School where he played several
positions and was awarded with recognitions like All-State and back to back years of being All-Conference. Day went on to sign with Arkansas Tech University and letter at ATU for 3 years as a defensive lineman. Coach Day has been married to his wife Angie for 22 years. Angie works as a Special Education LEA for the Pea Ridge School District. They have 3 children; Colby, Carter, and Carly.

Coach Jones is married to Rick Jones and they have two children, Brad Jones and Katie Garrett and three grandchildren, Ivy, Ireland and Sterling Garrett.
She spent 1 year in Cabot as a Health Teacher, then moved to Valley Springs for 16 years serving as Head Volleyball Coach, Head Track Coach, Cheer Coach, Golf Coach, Elementary PE teacher, and Health teacher. She then moved to
Springdale High for 3 years and served as the Head Volleyball Coach and a Health/PE teacher. She has been at
Har-Ber High for 16 years during which time she has held various positions such as Head Volleyball Coach and Asst. Dance/Cheer Coach. She is currently the Assistant Tennis Coach and Lead PE/Health Teacher.

Stephen Paul is the Har-Ber High Assistant Golf Coach. He was a volunteer assistant coach for two years prior to this year. Prior to becoming a teacher and coach, Paul was running recreational programs and businesses. He currently teaches 7th grade Social Studies at Hellstern Middle School. He has been married to his incredible wife Sarah for ten years and has three amazing children; Emerson (7), Micah (4), and Theo (1). When Coach Paul is not wrangling his own children or on the golf course with the team, he is watching Razorback sports, playing some kind of sport, riding his mountain bike, or hanging out/eating good food with friends and family. Coach Dykes is originally from Springfield, MO where she graduated from Kickapoo High School in 1998. In 2003, she graduated from the University of Arkansas. During her time at Arkansas, she cheered for the Razorbacks (Football and Men's Basketball) for 4 years and was captain her junior and senior year. In addition, she worked for NCA (National Cheerleaders Association).
Since graduating, Dykes has worked as a freelance Cheer Competition Choreographer in Arkansas and Missouri as well as a judge for The Razorback Cheer and Mascot Tryouts. Her previous coaching experience includes Shiloh Christian High School Varsity and Owner and Operator of "Club Cheer" in Springdale. Dykes resides in Springdale with her husband Jimmy and daughter Kennedy.

Coaching Career: Started at Bentonville HS 1982 as FB asst, Boys and Girls Basketball asst, Boys and Girls Track asst and Head XC ( State Runner-up 1983), moved to Head Jr High Boys Basketball Coach at Sam Walton Jr High School for 4 years from 88-92, in 1992 moved to Horatio HS as Head Boys Basketball for 2 years then switched to Head Girls Basketball Coach and Golf Coach from 94-99. During that time won 2 conference championships, 2 District tournament championships, 2 Regional championships, 3 conference and district runners-up and two Final 4 State Tournament teams.
In 1999 moved to Dardanelle as Head Girls Basketball and Golf coach for 9 years. In basketball won 3 Conference and District Tournament Championships, and made 6 State Tournament appearances, reaching 2 Quaterfinals. In golf won 5 conference championships, 1 Boys State Runner-Up. Tim Ebarb is beginning his 25th year of coaching and his 13th year at Har-Ber serving as an assitant coach on the Wildcat Baseball Team. He previously coached at Neville High School in Monroe, LA, Arkansas Baptist, and Abundant Life.

Coach Deffebaugh has spent the last eleven years coaching in the state of Arkansas. He served five years at Fayetteville High school as an assistant coach where they were conference champs twice and State Runner Up twice in 2013 and 2014. In 2015 he went to Arkansas to be an assistant coach with the Lady Razorback until 2017 when he was named Assistant Coach at Bentonville High School. Coach Deffebaugh became the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Har-Ber in 2019. They were Conference Champs in 2020-21 with a record of 22-5. He has 23 years of college coaching experience with two NCAA and two NIT tournament appearances.
Coach Deffebaugh received his Masters of Science in Education Degree and his Bachelors of Physical Education Degree from Drury University. He was inducted into the Drury Basketball Hall of Fame.

Coach Moreland is entering his sixteenth season with Har-Ber as the Defensive
Coordinator and Safeties coach. While at Har-Ber, the Wildcats have made the playoffs every year except two with one State Championship and two seasons as State Runner Up. Prior to Har-Ber High School, he coached at Nashville (AR) and Shiloh Christian winning a State Championship at both schools. Moreland also coached at Stephen F. Austin High School in Austin, TX where the football program reached the playoffs for the first time in school history.
Moreland attended Fort Smith Southside High School and then continued his playing career and education at Arkansas Tech University. Moreland graduated ATU with a Bachelor’s degree in History Education. He also obtained his Master’s degree from Arkansas State University in Educational Leadership. Coach Moreland and his wife Alicia, have been married for 5 years and have 5 children between them, two boys and three girls. Alicia is a first grade teacher at Bernice Young Elementary and Coach Moreland is the Dean of Students at Southwest Junior High School.

Coach Dorton is entering his second season as Quarterbacks coach for the Wildcats. Dorton helped Har-Ber reach a quarterfinal playoff appearance after joining the program in July of 2020. Dorton, a certified quarterback coach for QB Collective, brings in several years of coaching experience. Prior to Har-Ber, Dorton was on staff at Fayetteville High School and was Offensive Coordinator at Ada High School (OK). Dorton also brings in head coaching experience as he was Head Coach for Westville High School (OK).
Dorton has also coached at Lincoln (AR), Greene County Tech, Searcy, and Newport High School. Dorton was an All-Conference football player at Nettleton High School in his home town of Jonesboro, AR. Dorton attended Arkansas State University on a full scholarship. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s in Science of Education & Kinesiology.
Coach Dorton is married to a Springdale 05’ alum, Amanda (Lea) Dorton. She lettered in soccer and attended Missouri State University. They have two dogs, Milo and Rachel. Dorton enjoys going to football clinics, golfing, and duck hunting.

Coach Hall graduated from Sparkman High School in 1999. He attended Arkansas Tech University on an
athletic scholarship to play college football for the Wonderboys. After achieving his Bachelor of
Science Degree at Tech, he went to the University of Arkansas and became a certified
special education teacher. He has been coaching for the past 14 years and has been a part of
multiple championships in the areas of Football, Basketball, Softball, and Track.
